Agreement to Terms

To purchase courses or access certain features, you may need to create an account with our course platform provider (Thinkific). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed.

Purchases and Payment

All course purchases are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price for the course or service at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting us at support@thrivepathacademy.net. To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed at least the first three modules of the course. Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be honored.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through ThrivePath Academy, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Horizon Education Ventures LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

License to Use Course Materials

Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal and professional use. This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, or share course materials with others; reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit course materials for commercial purposes; modify or create derivative works based on course materials; or share your login credentials or course access with others.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; share, redistribute, or resell course content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services; or impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
